Todd M. Pinarchick represents individuals, families and business entities.  He focuses his practice on representing individuals, their families and their estates seeking to preserve their assets from federal and state estate, fiduciary, gift and income taxes.  Mr. Pinarchick represents clients at all stages of their productive lives -- whether they are setting up their first basic estate plan or business, seeking to protect their hard-earned assets from long-term care expenses and death taxes, or protecting themselves or their loved ones facing diminished capacity or a nursing home stay.

Mr. Pinarchick graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the Rutgers-Newark School of Law in 2002.  In 2003, he graduated from the Graduate Tax Program at Villanova Law School with a Masters of Taxation (LL.M.) degree; he also has a Certificate in Estate Planning from the same institution.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.  He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations, the Essex County Bar Association, the Hudson County Bar Association, and the Union County Bar Association.
